The Riverbank

"I do. Armor in this world seems to keep one alive." The scent off Cammy would take a few moments to effect her, as she slowly starts to flush. She once again starts to sing her song, the mist rolling in the clearing as though it was summoned. Hopefully with a strong enough mist, she could cover up some of his scent. As the song is over, she looks towards Cammy with a subtle glance. "This form is more pleasing to you? I wouldn't want to offend or annoy you." She find another spot on the ground to sit at, as she softly hums, waiting for his response.

After several minutes, her flush dies down as the mist is settling in thick. She pulls out some flat bread wrapped in 2 big leaves, and some wine from her shoulder pouch holding some out for Cammy while she munchies on a square. "I am glad I did not offend you. It is so hard to make friends." She takes a few sips of her wine. "Come, sit, I do not bite. You must be a little hungry? And this is a beautiful spot to eat at." Her humming can still be heard through the mist even though she does not appear to be humming anymore.

"This is true, I do not owe you anything, but it is still generous to offer kindness. Many believe that first time impressions should be the good ones." She begins to munch on her bread, pulling out a few more pieces out and laying them down. "If you want more, do not hold back. I have plenty." She begins to pour out some wine for him in a wooden cup.

She laughs softly from his comment. "I'm sure a kiss would have been too fast for a start. And as for your charm, and scent, they can only persuade me so much." She takes a few more sips of her wine. "If I didn't like your presence I would have not stayed around you. And this is my natural self. I am kind to everyone." Takes another bite of her bread. "I did not make the wine, the forest did for me. It is good I hope? So your statement before, means you are looking for someone else, wouldn't it be easy for you since what you are? Or do you try and not to use your tricks for that."

She smiles warmly at him, filling up his cup again. "Its good to get things off your chest is it not?" She then refills her cup too. "I do hope you find someone that cares for you. She will be a lucky person." She tries to hand him more bread. She then begins to sing an enchanting tune, it would sound beautiful and almost as if sung by a heavenly spirit.

She smiles softly, "Do not doubt yourself. I am sure you will find someone. You have a very wonderful character about yourself. Very friendly as far as I have seen." Takes a few drinks of her wine. "You can trust me, I will not share your secrets. Tell me more of your lover. She seems to have a great effect in your life. That is... if you do not mind talking of her." She goes back to singing her song, with a little more effort into it now.

She continues to sing, this time altering her song slightly, as it begins to amplify from the mist. Soon filling the whole area with its echoing tune. Anyone or anything that would hear it, would feel a strange, but relaxing calmness about them. She herself stops singing, but the tune still echoes through out the mist. "She sounded beautiful. I am sorry about your loss." She gives a saddening frown. Almost as if she can relate to his loss. She quickly refills his cup again, as the song continues to grow and play. A tear forms in her eye, as it freezes to an ice pebble and falls to the ground. Him talking about his loss reminded her about Ariana. "I wish I could help you with your pain. We can talk about something else if you wish." Her voice begins to soften with each word, as she reaches for another piece of bread and begins to munch on it.

She looks back up towards Cammy, tossing on a fake smile. "It is alright, we all have something we lost." She looks down at the ground intensely. "We can change topics if you wish, I can hold aside my memories." Her voice still sounding a little down. She tilts her head back up towards him with her same smile, "It is not your fault. Do not feel sorry for it. You can continue with the story if you wish, or ask more questions about myself." She waits for his response, hoping he wouldn't feel bad for her any longer.

When Cammy snapped back into this world, the song seemed to have vanished instantly, as though it was never being sung. Her smile turns into a blank stare, as she holds her hand on her chin, thinking of a way to tell her story. "Well, I gave you my background, what more do you seek from me?" She barely notices his touch, her skin would still feel smooth and soft, and still chilly as before. She begins to pack up her food and wine, keeping a little out just in-case her company still wants more. She looks upwards in the thick mist, as she lets out a soft sigh.

"Well, I enjoy helping others. I offer my service to many places like this doing several different things." She takes in another deep breath, then closes her eyes. "Its getting late. We should head back to the castle to get some rest. Maybe the elf brought back some game." She packs up the rest of her gear as she puts her backpack on and stands up, offering Cammy a hand if he needs one. "Would you mine escorting me back to my room? Maybe we can continue the chat on the way back." She says with a soft smile across her face.

She smiles towards him comments, as she leads the way back to the castle. "Nothing else I can think of. Is there anything else you would like to ask me?" A trail of ice follows them as they walk. Her motions are smooth with each step.

Smiles as they walk, "I do not have one. Why is it you ask?" as she gives off a small chuckle. She had pretty much guessed his intentions, she just wanted to see what he would come up with.
